Christine M. Gorham is a highly accomplished healthcare real estate executive with more than 35 years of experience spanning healthcare operations, finance, and real estate strategy. With a career uniquely positioned at the intersection of patient care and the built environment, she brings deep expertise in helping healthcare organizations align real estate decisions with long-term clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Christine is currently leading the development of a real estate advisory platform focused on serving the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. In this role, she advises organizations on strategic growth, portfolio optimization, development opportunities, and capital deployment. Her work centers on identifying and executing high-impact real estate strategies that support access to care while strengthening organizational performance.

Previously, Christine served as Managing Director at Hamric Capital, where she advised healthcare clients nationwide on growth, capital strategy, and real estate investments. Her career also includes leadership roles as Director of Development at Caddis, CEO and Partner of Eastwood Real Estate Services, and National Director of Asset Management and Leasing at SRS Investments. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade with Northside Hospital System, where she played a key role in leasing, property management, and strategic expansion initiatives supporting one of the region’s leading healthcare systems.

Christine’s experience includes sourcing and executing complex healthcare real estate transactions, managing large-scale portfolios, and guiding development and leasing strategies across a wide range of care settings. Her background in healthcare finance and administration further strengthens her ability to navigate the operational realities of providers while delivering tailored real estate solutions.

In addition to her professional work, Christine is a nationally recognized leader in nonprofit governance and industry advancement. She has held numerous leadership roles within professional organizations, including serving as Global President of CREW Network, a 12,000+ member international organization supporting women in commercial real estate. She has also served on multiple boards and advisory groups, including Women in Healthcare, The Women’s Collective, the CREW Network Medical Real Estate Council, and the Exit Planning Institute.

Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognized. Christine has been named a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence, honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Woman of Influence, and inducted into the CREW Atlanta Hall of Fame. She is also a recipient of multiple leadership and service awards recognizing her impact on both the commercial real estate and healthcare sectors.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Slippery Rock University. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed real estate broker.

She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and advancing opportunities for women in healthcare and real estate. Outside of her professional work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors.
